Do you still do upgrades & repairs?
We do still recognize the need for upgrades and repairs, and will continue to offer those services at special low prices to our subscribing customers.*  In fact, our monitoring program can detect when hardware is being overloaded or beginning signs of failure. That way we can bring it to your attention and recommend a plan of action to fix it before it becomes something more costly.

Often minor issues can be remedied with relatively inexpensive upgrades (e.g. memory). Or there may be a component that needs replacing (such as your hard drive). At that point we will help you decide whether to put the money into what you have or plan to replace your device altogether.
You can always choose whether to use our repair services, or take our recommendations to a local shop. Either way, you can be confident that we will give you the information you need to make the decision that's best for you.
